Dietary Policy
HF Holidays’ UK Country Houses
At HF Holidays’ UK Country Houses we aim to accommodate all guests and can cater for vegetarian, gluten-free and halal diets.
Our chefs are able to modify items on the menu. Often they will prepare foods that are not listed on the menu, provided they have the supplies in their kitchen.
We have recently been recommended to Coeliac UK members as a company that caters for guests with coeliac disease.
All guests are asked to advise of any dietary requirements at time of booking. You will also be sent a dietary request form in your despatch pack.
We will inform the Country House and chef of any dietary requests.
All dietary requests are handled in the strictest of confidence
