Holiday code

All our holidays have individual references, which are five characters long. You will find these codes on holiday pages, and also by the pricing tables in our brochures.

If you find a particular holiday you are interested in, you can type in the holiday code on our website to access further details. There is a section in the top left of our homepage where this code can be entered which will take you to the relevant holiday page.

If you would rather book your holiday with us over the phone, you can call our Reservations Team on 0845 470 7558 and quote the holiday code, which we will then use to quickly access your chosen holiday details.

Members online booking

Please remember to tick the 'member' box when making your booking, this will make sure you don't get charged for the associate fee at time of booking.

The tick box is found when entering the details of your party into your booking.

Non Members online booking

Please remember - for all non-members there will be an associate fee of £5 per person added to your booking. This is due to the fact that we are a membership organisation.
