Newton House is set in 2 acres of lush gardens,
set back from the A515, in the Peak District National
Park 8 miles from Ashbourne. The House adjoins the
Tissington Trail and is excellently placed for exploring
the gorges and dales. This is fabulous limestone
country with caves, valleys, tranquil pastures and stone-built
villages.

HF Holidays own and manage this Country House accommodation to ensure that you enjoy
a high level of service. A warm welcome from caring staff awaits you. Our Country House accommodation caters exclusively for our guests and the atmosphere is very much
like a house party - it's all a far cry from the anonymity of a conventional hotel.
Public Rooms - Three lounges, bar, ballroom and games room.
Facilities - Boot room, drying room, laundry facilities, mini-shop,
croquet, short tennis, table tennis, volleyball, badminton, putting and darts.
No Smoking - Newton House is designated as non-smoking. Smoking is also
not allowed on transport provided during any holiday.
You can be assured of a friendly and personal service throughout your stay
with us.

There are 28 Bedrooms at Newton House. Single, Twin and Family rooms are available.
Most have en-suite facilities (bath or shower and WC). You'll find complimentary
tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryer and clock radio. Televisions and
telephones are not provided in the bedrooms.

Fresh ingredients, carefully chosen provide an excellent local and international
cuisine. A vegetarian option is available at all times.
Dining arrangements are for tables of 6 or 8 in an informal atmosphere.
Breakfast: Choice of continental or full English breakfast.
Lunch: Our famous self-select picnic lunch.
Dinner: A table d'hote evening meal followed by coffee and mints.

BY ROAD: 1 hour from the M1, Junction 25; or 1 hour from the M6, Junction
16 or 19; or 45 minutes from M42, Junction 11. Free car parking is available in
the grounds.
BY NATIONAL EXPRESS COACH: Travel to Derby station. For further information
on routes, times and prices visit
www.nationalexpress.com, quoting ref HFHOLTEN to receive a discount. From Derby
Bus Station (nos. 107, 109 or 202) to Ashbourne, cost £2.30 per single journey.
Bus no. 107 departs at a quarter past the hour from bay 16. Take this bus to Ashbourne
and take a taxi or bus no. 442 to Newton House.
BY RAIL: To Derby station. Visit thetrainline.com for train
information and to book tickets.
Transfer to House: (20 miles).
Taxi: allow £30 per journey (less if shared).
