Holnicote House lies in a 12,500 acre estate in the Horner Valley, below
Selworthy Beacon and 4 miles west of the seaside town of Minehead, in the Exmoor
National Park. Leased from the National Trust, this Country House accommodation is
set well back from the A39 amid tranquil gardens with wide views. A half mile
walk leads up to the showpiece thatched village of Selworthy, while Dunkery Beacon
is a few miles to the south.

HF Holidays own and manage this Country House accommodation to ensure that you enjoy
a high level of service. A warm welcome from caring staff awaits you. Our Country House accommodation caters exclusively for our guests and the atmosphere is very much
like a house party - it's all a far cry from the anonymity of a conventional hotel.
Public Rooms - Two lounges, bar and ballroom.
Facilities - Boot room, drying room, laundry facilities,
mini-shop, croquet, table tennis, clock golf, putting, badminton
and heated outdoor pool (open May to September).
No Smoking - Holnicote House is designated as non-smoking. Smoking is
also not allowed on transport provided during any holiday.
You can be assured of a friendly and personal service throughout your stay
with us.

There are 34 Bedrooms at Holnicote House. Single, Twin and
Family rooms are available. Most have en-suite facilities
(shower and WC). You'll find complimentary tea and
coffee making facilities, hair dryer and clock radio. Televisions
and telephones are not provided in the bedrooms.

Fresh ingredients, carefully chosen provide an excellent local and international
cuisine. A vegetarian option is available at all times.
Dining arrangements are for tables of 6 or 8 in an informal atmosphere.
Breakfast: Choice of continental or full English breakfast.
Lunch: Our famous self-select picnic lunch.
Dinner: A table d'hote evening meal followed by coffee and mints.

BY ROAD: 1 hour from M5, Junction 25 (Taunton). Free car parking is
available in the grounds.
BY NATIONAL EXPRESS COACH: Travel to Minehead (limited service) or Taunton.
For further information

a taxi or local bus to our hotel. From Minehead Station you
can take a no. 38 bus, but service is infrequent. Please note
there is no service on a Sunday.
BY RAIL: To Taunton station. Visit thetrainline.com for train
information and to book tickets.
Transfer to House: (30 miles).
Taxi: allow £50 per journey (less if shared).
HF Holidays transfer service (Saturday) allow £10 per single
journey or £18 return.
