How to book a Cycling Holiday
To make a firm booking for a cycling holiday, please complete the form below with your holiday requirements, personal details and credit card number. Once we have received your booking details we will contact you and then request all accommodation and travel arrangements
We work with local agents abroad on our cycling holidays, and this means that they confirm the booking to us before we confirm it to you. For this reason, you should only consider your holiday booked once we have confirmed to you that your requested dates are available and the agent has reserved them for you. It is essential that you do not make any travel arrangements until after you have received confirmation from us that your holiday has been booked. This is
to avoid any disappointment with your preferred departure date and holiday itinerary.
We do not take money from your credit/debit card until all arrangements have been confirmed. Once all arrangements are confirmed we will send you a letter with your booking confirmation. We do not send booking confirmations in writing until all arrangements have been completed but we will keep you up to date by phone or email.
If you wish to pay by cheque, then please download our booking form from this site and post it to us, or alternatively call us on 0845 458 0120 and we will take your booking over the phone.
