Here are some examples of how to cost a group holiday from one of our brochures.
Example 1 - Guided Walking
25 guests, Guided Walking holiday at Derwent Bank, the Lake District, for 7 nights.
Brochure price = £689 per person
Total cost for 25 = £17,225
Group discount per person = 5%
Associate fee £5 per person
Total group price = £16,488.75
Total group saving = £861.25
(Premium room and single charges to be added if applicable)
Example 2 - Leisure Activities
40 guests, Bridge Improvers holiday at Dovedale, Derbyshire Dales, for 4 nights.
Brochure price = £349 per person
Total cost for 40 = £13,960
Group discount per person = 7.5%
Associate fee £5 per person
Total group price = £13,113
Total group saving = £1,047

Example 3 - Cycling
11 guests, Historic Towns of Holland (cycling) for 7 nights.
Brochure price = £645 per person
