The bedroom and the view from it were really beautiful. I was sad to leave. It was a privilege to stay in such a wonderful house and location.

I have some diet allergies, which, combined with being a vegetarian makes it difficult when eating away from home. The chef provided me with individual meals that were just as nutritious and tasty as those of everyone else. Your staff took away the worry so that I didn't have to wonder whether certain meals contained the food I am allergic to.

Once again a fantastically run holiday from beginning to end. All four leaders were excellent both in delivering the walks talk, guiding the walks, for the evening entertainment and every thing in between. Derwent Bank is a very well run house with plenty of good homely cooking. The public areas and my room were kept very clean. All members of staff deserve a thankyou for making the holiday memborable.
