Patrick's teaching skills were outstanding. His only problem is he cannot control the weather!
Mrs H Roden, Goole
All the Leaders were excellent and very well organised. The evening entertainment was the best I've experienced - lots of fun. I've never enjoyed a painting holiday as much as this one. Good fun and very inspirational.
Mrs P A Gill
Bob Henfrey, the course leader, is very good with people of limited experience, passing on a fund of knowledge about colour and composition. More experienced painters are given good, useful advice about the way they work and use materials.

Bridge & Walking -
Freshwater Bay Could fault nothing. Everything about the house was superb, especially the food (picnic lunch selection unbelievable). We have been to many
HF Holidays' hotels but this one stands out on its own in all aspects.

The Bluffer's Guide to Social Dancing
Who would've thought I'd go from never taking a single ballroom step in my life to enjoying waltzes and foxtrots in just a couple of days. I'm still happily amazed.
Mr D Hughson, Nottingham
We had a fantastic time and certainly will not be our last. All the other guest, whatever their activity were all very friendly. Our dance teacher was simply a miracle worker. She was very patient and took us through the steps slowly until we knew what we were doing and then we could dance. Not bad for two people with 3 left feet. The hotel was good and the food excellent. Its situation on the banks of Derwentwater was just beautiful. I would say it was an excellent holiday and we intend to do many more HF holidays.
Mrs A Turner, Herefordshire
Scottish Country Dancing
Nothing ever too much trouble for Lesley the Leader. She made dancing fun, very helpful for dancing in home clubs. I am delighted to be able to recommend Lesley and the Scottish Country Dancing organised by HFHolidays - every word I wrote is true.

Make the most of your Canon EOS
Conistonwater was a wonderful location for this course a mixture of landscapes and waterfalls to photograph, which also made you work on the camera functions.
Diana `s teaching was so good, each morning started with a classroom session, then on to the coach to put into practice the lesson, lettings us work out our own view points and settings, offering help and advice if asked.
We all enjoyed a marvellous Three day holiday with lots of photographs to look at, and plenty of new ideas to work on.
