Days 2 - 4: Meknes, Moulay Idriss and on to Fez - 3 nights

Our journey continues through the heart of Morocco to Erfoud where we experience an unforgettable landscape of sweeping sand dunes on a walk and camel ride into the desert.

Continue to the Dades Valley where our Berber mountain guide will lead us through plantations of olives, walnuts and almonds to the narrow Todra Gorge, one of the country's most impressive natural sights. A day walking in the unspoilt Saghro Mountains offers panoramic views across the mountains and desert.

| About
the walks |
 |
A mixture of part and full-day walks, combined with touring and sightseeing.
 |
Guided Walks:
Distances are generally between 6-10 miles. As the walking is generally more strenuous in the High Atlas than the Middle Atlas, easier walks will also be offered on these days. Paths can be rough with sections of steep ascent and descent and some journeys to walks involve travel on rough roads. Travelling days include walks or sightseeing stops en route. |
