Inca Trail option

Days 4-8: our first day is spent trekking along the Inca Trail to the first camp near the Llactapata ruins. We follow the remarkably well-preserved Inca pathway through the rich cloud forests of the Cusichaca Valley before the third and possibly most strenuous day of the trek, crossing two high Andean passes (13,750ft and 12,950ft) amongst awe-inspiring scenery. Our final night is spent in Aguas Calientes before our tour of Machu Picchu and return to Cusco.
