Shella has taught the Alexander Technique since 1987 and is a Member of the Society of Teachers of the Alexander Technique (MSTAT). Shella enjoys leading for HF Holidays and finds the holidays, with their mix of group work and individual sessions, can enable people to make real progress in the way they think about movement in a short time, and that they can go on working with these empowering discoveries. Being relevant, and very practical, they are also great fun!
