The Philpot Museum
Discover the story of Lyme and its landscape.

Abbotsbury Sub-tropical Gardens
The gardens are a magnificent 20 acre site filled with rare and exotic plants from all over the world.

Abbotsbury Swannery

Weymouth
Stunning, wide sandy beaches, and a pretty harbour.

Nothe Fort Museum of Coastal Defence
Located at the entrance to Weymouth Harbour the Fort is a labyrinth of underground passageways and outdoor areas with stunning views of the Jurassic Coast. Constructed on three levels, which are easily accessed by means of a lift, the Fort is filled with displays, mammoth guns and cinema areas that chart the history of this large and magnificent Victorian structure.

Osmington Mills
The focal point is the Smuggler’s Inn, a lovely traditional inn dating from the 13th century, with a large garden, which catches the afternoon sun.

The Osmington White Horse
The Osmington White Horse was carved into the cliffs in 1808 and is the only horse of its kind depicted with a rider (King George III).

Lulworth Cove
The stunning, horse-shoe shaped cove at Lulworth is one of Dorset’s most beautiful spots. There is an interesting Heritage Visitor Centre, where you can learn about the geology of the area.

Lulworth Castle and Park
Lulworth Castle, built in the early 17th century as a hunting lodge, became a country house at the heart of a large estate. The attraction includes the Adventure Playground, St Mary's Chapel and of course the Castle.
