A guided walking holiday following the peaceful River Esk as it flows from the heart of the North York Moors to its mouth at Whitby. This circular trail samples riverside paths and sections of surrounding moorland on a week of great walking and superb scenery in the North York Moors National Park. 

Highlights 

• The wild open moor with fine views of the Esk Valley
• Typical Yorkshire Moors villages of Leaholm, Glaisdale, Egton Bridge and Grosmont
• The picturesque village of Goathland, home to the TV series Heartbeat and the North Yorkshire Moors Railway
• A rewarding final day from Danby, along the River Esk, to Whitby Harbour
