Freedom Breaks offer a flexible way to enjoy some of Britain's most scenic areas.

Honey-coloured limestone gives the Cotswolds its distinctive appearance, visible everywhere in the buildings which blend with their surroundings.  Bourton-on-the-Water, the ‘Venice of the Cotswolds’ as it’s often called, is a picturesque and popular village, and an ideal base to relax and unwind.

Highlights of your stay could include:

  • The showpiece village of Bourton-on-the-Water - just a couple of minutes’ walk from Harrington House
  • Stow-on-the-Wold, one of the best known Cotswold towns, and known for its antique shops
  • Chipping Campden, one of the best preserved and most historically important towns in the area
  • Walking in the beautiful rolling scenery of the Cotswolds
  • Stratford-on-Avon, Shakespeare’s birthplace and home to the Royal Shakespeare Company
  • Cotswold Water Park, near Lechlade, is an outstanding multi-sports facility with a variety of wildlife habitats

  • Use of the Freedom Breaks Knowledge Box – a unique resource with maps, routes, contacts and everything you need to make the most of your Freedom Break
