A guided walking trail holiday across the southern Lake District crossing the old Furness region of Lancashire from Morecambe Bay to the Irish Sea. The Furness Way passes through varied terrain: limestone country, rich woodland, unfrequented corners of the Lake District National Park, mountains, lakes, valleys and an ancient packhorse route. 

Holiday Highlights:

  • The trail begins in the Silverdale/Arnside Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty
  • The rolling outlying fells of the southern Lake District National Park
  • Views back over Coniston Water as you cross the Walna Scar Pass
