Slow down. Chill out. Get to know yourself and learn to relax through meditation. We’ll practise breathing techniques and meditation.

This holiday is ideal for beginners and those with some experience of meditation.

Highlights include:

  • Experienced tutors to offer advice, answer your questions and take you through the key principles
  • Learn breathing techniques and meditation using different senses to benefit us physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually
  • Calm your mind and improve your concentration
  • Develop these very useful skills to practice at home
  • Demonstrations and instruction in the morning is followed by a free afternoon and some late afternoon sessions
  • Progressive sessions that build on your previous experience.
