Pilates focuses on your core postural muscles that are responsible for keeping the body balanced and the spine supported. It is a gentle non-aerobic exercise that strengthens the muscles and improves poor posture, which can often be the cause of back and shoulder pains.

Holiday Highlights:

  • Experienced tutor to offer advice, answer your questions and take you through the key principles
  • Pilates concentrates on core stability exercises that can protect and strengthen the spine and alleviate chronic back pain
  • Develop these very useful skills to practise at home
  • Demonstrations and instruction in the morning is followed by a free afternoon and some late afternoon sessions
  • Progressive sessions that build on your previous experience

  • Comfortable en-suite bedrooms at our Country Houses in the UK or 4-star hotel in Rhodes
