The nearest station is at Moreton-in-Marsh. This is the line from London and Oxford to Worcester.

By taxi or bus

The 8 mile journey from Moreton-in-Marsh station to Bourton-on-the-Water can be made by taxi or bus. Taxis cost approx £19 per journey - less if shared. There is also a good bus service from Moreton-in-Marsh to Bourton-on-the Water - journey time approx 20 minutes.

From Cheltenham Spa it is 17 miles to Bourton-on-the-Water. Taxis cost approx £32 per journey - less if shared. The same journey can also be made by bus, but requires one change at Cheltenham bus station – journey time around 1 hour.
