The Sussex Ouse Valley Way is a journey, broadly following the River Ouse, starting in Lower Beeding in the High Weald of West Sussex, crossing into the Low Weald and passing through the South Downs, south of Lewes to end in Seaford Bay. The River Ouse emerges into the English Channel at Newhaven.
