Sheila will be leading this holiday at:

Sheila lives and teaches in the Lake District. She has been practising Tai Chi for over 25 years and is an instructor member of the Tai Chi Union of Great Britain. She is a founder member and steering group member of the Tai Chi and Chi Kung Forum for Health. She is also a qualified Iyengar Yoga teacher and a Physical Education teacher. Sheila also runs Tai Chi training courses for physiotherapists.
She has enjoyed leading for HF Holidays for many years and feels the Country Houses, gardens and locations are ideally suited to enhance your experience of practising Tai Chi. Her main focus in teaching is to bring together the pleasurable, health-promoting and meditative qualities of Tai Chi.
