By train

Most guests take one of the many mainline trains to Glasgow Central, then join our coach to Alltshellach (see below). Trains from London take approx 4½ hours, and there are also direct trains from Birmingham and Manchester. For train times and ticket prices see: www.nationalrail.co.uk.

An alternative is to take the train, or the overnight sleeper train, to Fort William. This is a very scenic rail journey along the West Highland line, but is much slower than using the coach. Once at Fort William a taxi to Alltshellach costs approx £20.
