The hotel provides the perfect setting to really enjoy the pleasures and benefits yoga can offer. No previous experience of yoga is necessary as it is not goal-orientated,. and each student will practise within their own individual limits.

Highlights includes:

• Sunrise yoga session: the combination of stretching, breathing well and concentration will improved relaxation and a calmer state of mind, a perfect start to the day
• Mid morning yoga practice: after enjoying breakfast and relaxing in the grounds a further session will concentrate on improving technique, stretching and balancing postures to reinforce learning
• Afternoons will be free to relax by the pool or enjoy the surrounding area
• Optional workshop: one afternoon will include a workshop to discuss the theory behind the practise
