The difficulty range for this holiday:

On this short break we’ll ascend the famous 'Three Peaks' of Pen y ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough. We’ll also climb Buckden Pike, completing four of the highest summits of Yorkshire.

Holiday highlights:

  • Views of Ingleborough from the summit of Whernside
  • Ribblehead Viaduct and the Settle to Carlisle railway
  • Pen y ghent (the hill of the winds), Pennine Way and the limestone and shale bands of the Yoredale Series
  • Gaping Gill, Iron Age hill fort on Ingleborough summit, and gorges and waterfalls of Ingleton
