As a co-operative society, we are owned by our 32,000+ members. Our asset base is valued at £20million, including a property portfolio of Country Houses with over 500 bedrooms. Most of our properties are wholly-owned, the others being leased, including three managed on leases from the National Trust.

All our shareholding members receive annual interest on their investment, subject to financial performance. In recent years we've paid competitive interest rates:
