Activity Clubs

We currently have over 180 clubs affiliated with HF Holidays. From walking clubs to singing groups, they have all joined in the community. To view our full list of Activity Clubs click here

It's quick and easy to become affiliated with HF Holidays. Simply fill out an application form and send it back to us, and make an investment of £100 or more.

Benefits
Free public liability insurance	UK Activity Clubs will be covered by our public liability insurance when undertaking group activities. This will be issued a few weeks after membership has been approved.
£50 to support your annual club programme	In return for publishing our advert in your programme or newsletter we will pay you once yearly £50.
Free publicity for your club	We will distribute your programmes to our 17 UK Country Houses
Lifetime membership	As a valued member of HF Holidays your club will receive the chance to place one vote in the election of the Directors of the Board.
Annual dividend on your investment	An annual dividend will be paid on your shareholding subject to financial performance. You can choose to reclaim your investment (along with any interest it has earned) at any time.

Fantastic group discount rates	Call 0845 470 7557 or email groups@hfholidays.co.uk for the latest rates and discounts for groups
Free posters, promotional material and brochures	Please send any requests to clubs@hfholidays.co.uk. We are happy to give you any local marketing materials or produce items on your behalf.
Celebrations service	Our Celebrations Co-ordinator is available to help you create the perfect special event at one of our UK Country Houses.
Activity club newsletter	Regular newsletters letting you know the latest news and offers from HF Holidays
Free web links	We are happy give reciprocal website links

Book as a club	Affiliated activity clubs are not charged the associate fee for their members when booking group holidays.
