Here are the main benefits of group travel with HF Holidays.

Group visits

Are you new to group travel with HF Holidays? If you would like more infomation about HF Holidays or would like to discuss in person the requirements of your group, we are happy to visit your club or group free of charge to tell you all about HF Holidays and why we are great for groups.

Return & save

Travel as a group with HF Holidays annually and save an extra 2.5% off your future group holiday, giving you the chance to save up to as much as 10%.

Familiarisation visits

We believe it's important for our group organisers to be sure about the accommodation and the holiday they are booking on behalf of their group. For this reason we are happy to offer familiarisation visits to any of our UK Country Houses.

Designed to help you plan your trip, we can offer the group organiser plus one other an overnight stay (subject to availability) at your chosen Country House. This visit will give you the opportunity to check out the accommodation and facilities, which in turn will enable you to plan your stay with us more effectively.

Club membership

HF Holidays is a co-operative society owned by our 32,000+ members. Membership is also available to our groups and clubs; your group or club will receive fantastic benefits for being a club member, which includes free publicity for your club and £50 to support your annual club programme. Being a club member also gives you the benefit of avoiding the associate fee of £5 which we charge all non members who wish to join us on our holidays.

Sole occupancy

As a group we realise it's difficult to get the exact number of guests to fill every room. For that reason we will not programme a holiday to run alongside your group, provided you reach 80% occupancy of your chosen Country House.

Exclusive use

If your group fills 90% or more of the guest capacity, we will not have any other guests staying in the house during your holiday. Exclusive use is available with less than 90% guest capacity but charges might apply.

£100 deposit

A £100 deposit is all that is required to secure your 2013 group booking. £75 per person will then be due 8 weeks after your initial £100 deposit is paid, and no later than 8 weeks before departure.

Travel insurance

Travel insurance is recommended to all our guests and we are delighted to offer a reduced rate to groups of £11.75 per person (up to 4 nights) and £17.50 per person (up to 8 nights). This offer is available through HF Holidays to groups who have booked a holiday in the UK and who are UK residents.
