New community bus service at Freshwater Bay
FYTbus, a community bus scheme serving Freshwater, Yarmouth and Totland on the Isle of Wight, was launched on Wednesday 25 January.
The launch was attended by Norman Baker MP, Under-Secretary of State for Transport, Andrew Turner, Island MP, and Tony Wootton, our Freshwater Bay House Manager.
FYTbus is backed by the local council, run by volunteers and carries advertisements for both HF Holidays and Dandelion Café.
The service runs Monday to Friday and the final stop is Freshwater Bay House. Guests travelling to the house on weekdays can use this service from Yarmouth ferry port. For more information visit http://fytbus.org.uk/timetable/
