Family Holiday We’re pleased to support the National Trust’s “50 things to do before you’re 11¾” initiative which promotes active outdoor activities for children.

We have been providing holidays for families for nearly 100 years and are keen to support this initiative to get kids enjoying the great outdoors. What’s more, under 11's stay for FREE* on our UK walking holidays.

Children outside Our Family Guided Walking holidays include plenty of opportunities for you to tick some of these activities off your list; whether you’re aiming to “Skim a stone”, “Make a grass trumpet” or even “Climb a huge hill”.

We can also help you complete some of the more unusual items on the list. “Get behind a Waterfall” can be ticked off at Brecon where our walks include the dramatic path behind the Sgwd yr Eira cascade. “Hunt for Fossils” is best achieved at Freshwater Bay or Whitby, whilst on our popular Multi-Activity Adventure holidays you can tick off “try abseiling”, “canoe down a river” or “try bouldering.”
