Our first Cityscapes photography holiday

Cityscapes photography in Venice Our first Cityscapes photography holiday took place in Venice at the end of April with guests enjoying plenty of opportunities to capture the essence of the city. Alan Cowderoy, photographer with 25 years experience, began each day with a short talk on the techniques that could be used to best capture scenes seen during the day. These scenes included many of the major landmarks in the city, as well as some of the quieter areas such as San Polo and San Pietro for an insight into everyday life in Venice. The group also travelled to the islands of Saca Fisola, Guidecca and San Giorgio Maggiore, locations rarely visited by tourists, but ideal locations to capture the quintessential view of Venice often seen in the travel brochures

Cityscapes photography in Venice Our next Cityscapes holiday is to Paris on 24 September with opportunities to capture, amongst others; the Left Bank, Latin Quarter and Tuillerie Gardens during the day and the Eiffel Tower and Champs Elysees at dusk.
