The Chy Morvah donates to The Phoenix Stroke Appeal
In June, some of our Country Houses held Jubilee parties to celebrate the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee. The Chy Morvah in St Ives teamed up with Rivendell Guest House and Blue Sky B&B to host a fund raising garden party. Much fun was had by the visitors and money raised was donated to The Alzheimer's Society and The Phoenix Stroke Appeal.
Yesterday, Jamie Riches, House Manager at The Chy Morvah presented Daphne Skinnard from BBC Radio Cornwall with a cheque for £440 to be donated to The Phoenix Stroke Appeal.
Jamie and Daphne discussed HF Holidays and how The Chy Morvah is engaging with the local community.
