Northumberland MP visits team at Nether Grange

Alnmouth MP visit Berwick-on-Tweed MP Rt. Hon. Sir Alan Beith met with Cat Altounyan, HF Holidays’ Head of Walking Leader Operations, Charlie Street, Local Field Advisor, and the team at Nether Grange to discuss the local employment, economy and investments, on Monday 30 July.

Our guests have been enjoying walking and leisure activity holidays in the Northumberland area for over 64 years, since the purchase of the former granary in 1947. In 2011 we opened our first Dandelion Café in Nether Grange, which has since proved to be a very popular café amongst the local community as well as guests visiting the area.

Sir Alan commented “I have been very impressed by the investment HF Holidays has made at Alnmouth, and the way in which they are providing jobs, many of them on a year round basis, for local people. It is a deservedly popular Country House at which HF Holidays brings large numbers of people to enjoy Northumberland’s wonderful scenery and history.”
