Our success in the Guardian & Observer Travel Awards has been recognised and once again we have beaten other well known names to win Best Large Tour Operator for 2013 – for the fourth year running.
We gained a customer satisfaction score of 98.33%, a higher achievement than last year, reflecting our ongoing commitment to providing great holidays for our guests. We also achieved a fantastic score of 99.32% in the Best Short Break Operator category, taking a close second place.
Hearing the news of the awards Chief Executive, Brian Smith, said: “To win this prestigious award four years in a row is a huge honour and we thank Guardian and Observer readers for giving us such a great accolade. It makes a fitting finale to our Centenary year.”
Our latest award adds to our Which? Recommended Provider award achieved again earlier this year.
We would also like to congratulate winners of the other categories which include Japan as ‘favourite long-haul country’ and Austria, Croatia and Turkey topping the ‘favourite European country’ category – all current holiday locations for HF Holidays, offering some of the best scenic destinations in the world.
