This leading Walking and Leisure Activities Holiday Company accept applications all year round from anyone who may be interested in working within their Country Houses located throughout the UK.
Most of the locations are open until November, with a short break prior to the Christmas and New Year season, and 4 remain open almost all year round offering a variety of opportunities to work for HF Holidays throughout the year.
Throughout the year positions may be available for Country House Staff offering Live-in Accommodation with vacancies at locations nationwide.
We often seek:
General Assistants: to carry out dining room service; setting up and clearing tables; waiting on guests; cleaning guest bedrooms, bathrooms and public areas.
Bar Staff: with experience of working in a Country House environment, to look after the running of the bar, serving drinks to guests in the bar and in the dining room and to help out in other areas during quiet times.
Kitchen Porters and Kitchen Assistants: to assist in keeping the kitchen clean; pot wash; basic vegetable and salad prep; sandwich making; helping chefs as required.
All levels of Chef: including Assistant Chef, Deputy Head Chef and Head Chef.
