You are capable of cleaning and preparing
guest bedrooms, bathrooms, public and dining rooms.
You have the ability to serve meals
to guests in our dining rooms.
You will combine dining room service and the cleaning
of public areas and guest rooms.
You will work as part of a team to ensure that
our guests enjoy their holiday in a pleasant, friendly
and clean environment.
About the position
Clean guest and public rooms.
Undertake dining room preparation and service.
Clean all dining room equipment, cutlery and crockery
Prepare beverage service equipment.
To serve afternoon tea.
Assist in the preparation of picnic lunches.
Development opportunities
Opportunities exist to transfer to
other Country House accommodation if you wish, on recommendation
of the House Manager.
Once you have been in post for an appropriate
length of time, there will be opportunities to develop
to Head General Assistant, on the recommendation
of the House Manager.
Accommodation
Each week there is an offset against wages of £30.10 for accommodation and a charge of £11.45 for food (if required), this would include all meals for 7 days.
