Within HF Holidays, we have various roles to ensure
the smooth running of the Country House accommodation. In the
kitchen, we employ a Head Chef, a Deputy Head Chef,
a Kitchen Porter and in the larger houses possibly an
Assistant Chef and Kitchen Assistants. The Household
staff consists of Assistant Manager, Head General Assistant, Housekeeper, Bar Person and General Assistants.
