*If you are booking your own flights it is essential that you do not do so until you have received confirmation of your holiday from us. This is to avoid any disappointment with your preferred departure date and holiday itinerary.

We will always do our best to accommodate special requests but these cannot be guaranteed.

Payment details

If you pay the deposit by credit or debit card we will assume that you want to pay the balance the same way and we will debit your card on the due date unless otherwise advised. A 1% charge is made for final payments paid by credit card.

We do not take money from your credit or debit card until all arrangements have been confirmed. Once all arrangements are confirmed we will send you a letter with your booking confirmation. We do not send booking confirmations in writing until all arrangements have been completed but we will keep you up to date on the progress of your booking by phone or email.
