How to book a Self-Guided Walking Holiday
The personalised service offered on all our Self-Guided Walking Holidays means that you can usually start your tour on any day and add extra nights or tailor your itinerary to suit your needs.
Because of the flexible nature of these holidays, and the number of suppliers we work with, it is not possible for us to check availability or make provisional bookings.
If you would like to make a firm booking with us we require a completed booking form and credit or debit card number or deposit cheque from you. Once we have received your booking and payment details we will contact you to confirm that we have received your booking form and are processing your preferred holiday itinerary.
We do not take money from your credit or debit card until all arrangements have been confirmed. Once all arrangements are confirmed we will send you a letter with your booking confirmation. We do not send booking confirmations in writing until all arrangements have been completed but we will keep you up to date on the progress of your booking by phone or email.
If you wish to pay by cheque, please download our booking form and send it to us by post, or alternatively call us on the number below and we will take your booking over the phone.
