We recognise that food is one of the most important aspects of your holiday, so we pay particular attention to providing cuisine that stands out for its quality, flavour, provenance and our chefs work with suppliers to earmark the best produce for HF Holidays. Our menus reflect the seasons, so we keep food miles down and select ingredients according to what’s growing in local fields.
We are committed to consistently delivering quality food that elevates us beyond those standards previously set, exceeding all guest expectations.
Where viable, we always try to provide a local stance to our purchasing, not only to help support local producers, but also to give our guests a greater sense of place. On our breakfasts we make sure that our sausages are produced locally and that each breakfast table offers a selection of locally produced jams and marmalades. All of our fish, meat and vegetables are bought from local suppliers and reflect the region.
Plus, we make sure there are always a few local ales to enjoy before and after dinner.
