What does a hotel manager do?
As a hotel manager, you’ll be responsible for making sure our guests are delighted with every aspect of their stay. Co-ordinating the standards of all our teams, you’ll guarantee guest satisfaction, high-performance levels and settle for only the best across the board.
Day-to-day tasks will include supervising team members, delegating tasks, managing employees, taking ownership of issues and ensuring appropriate troubleshooting, handling complaints, daily office administration and being a general all-rounder!
