What does a senior sous chef do?
At the top of your game, you’ll play a crucial role in the function of our kitchens. Assisting the Head Chef, you’ll let your creativity shine; crafting dishes featuring specialist produce from local farmers’ markets and artisan producers.
As a senior sous chef, you’ll also be leading and co-ordinating a talented team to deliver exceptional food for our guests. You’ll love the energy, pace, and shifting dynamics of the role, cooking up a storm and having great fun along the way!
