Wales: Craflwyn Hall

A charming National Trust property at the foot of Snowdon

HF Holidays How to Find UsHF Holidays find out more

Craflwyn Hall is a substantial 19th century house nestling in the Nan Gwynant valley at the foot of Snowdon. The property had fallen in to a state of disrepair by the time it was acquired by the National Trust in 2004, who then spent almost £1 million restoring it to its former glory.

Now leased by HF Holidays it offers a very comfortable base in this most stunning of locations.

The hall has 21 bedrooms in the main house and the stable block that has been imaginatively converted into bedrooms that maintain many of the original features.

Leading from the main entrance hall are three lounges, that all retain their historic character and offer relaxing spaces to unwind after your day's activities, and the light and airy dining room offering a comfortable space to meet and dine. Like all our Country Houses Craflwyn Hall is tailored for walkers and outdoor enthusiasts with boot room, drying room, Discovery Point, and sociable bar.
