I have always enjoyed H.F. Holidays, but feel they are becoming too expensive, and not always providing what I require.

Product review:

lthough very interesting there was far too much trailing around Cities in high temperatures, and not sufficient alternatives provided for people who felt they could not do a particular walk . The walks out of the Cities were not long enough.

Our leader in Canada was very good. Especially flexible when the unseasonably hot weather came in.
The early information was very clear, the detailed booklet was very useful.

Product review:

Montreal: With the late arrival the night before it would have been better to do the morning walk and then go down to Old Montreal in the Daly evening for a tour and a meal. This would have allowed for a rest at the hotel in the afternoon.
Le Maurice: Did not add a lot to the tour. Possibly explore for an alternative stopping point on the journey .
Sacacomie: wonderful views, bear excursions was the high light of the tour for me. Loved the spa too!
Quebec: lovely city, most interesting and small enough for easy independent walking.
Jacques Cartier: Scenic lake had some good alternative trails for the slower walker. Perhaps put in as official alternative?
Toronto: interesting city walk and the CN tower was amazing! Thanks to the good weather the views were excellent.
Niagara: good to get a feel of the different areas around Niagara. Perhaps one winery tour rather than two?

very good service, well organised, and guide excellent.

Product review:

Too much walking - tramping the pavements around towns, very tiring and difficult to hear guide with all the traffic noise - interesting to see the cities but this would have been better done via 'hop on hop off' local bus tour.

Full programme. Very city biased, but I understood this before I went. Would be good to have all the Toronto days at end; so changes to flight times could be more productively handled. Lunch in CNN tower a good finale???
