IMPORTANT NOTICE

Temporary Pause on New Member Applications From 20 February 2025

According to our rules, no applications for membership will be processed one week prior to the date on which the notice for a general meeting must be dispatched nor during the notice period.

Please note, from 20 February 2025 to 6 April 2025, we will temporarily pause processing new member applications due to the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 5 April 2025.

During this time, you can still apply for membership, and payment will be securely held until processing resumes on 7 April 2025. However, membership benefits, including the member discount, will only apply to holidays taken after 7 April 2025 and once the membership is officially registered.

If you make a booking during this period, you'll pay the published price. Once your membership is approved and registered, we'll check if you have any bookings and apply the member discount to holidays taken after the approval date.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

If you have any questions or need further clarification, please feel free to contact us on 020 39748865 or by emailing: membership@hfholidays.co.uk.

With best wishes,

The HF Holidays Team
