Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients:
- 1kg of caster sugar
- 750g salted butter
- 245g dark chocolate
- 240g plain flour
- 260g coco powder
- 12 whole free range eggs
Method:
- Melt butter in a pan
- Mix melted butter, chocolate and sugar
- Whisk in the eggs
- Fold in coco powder and plain flower
- Place mixture into baking tray and bake for 60 mins ( Temp - 150 degrees)
