HF Pathways Fund Helps to Replace Two Lake District Bridges
In December 2015 storm Desmond hit the northern parts of the UK, bringing severe gales and heavy rainfall. The resulting surge of water destroyed two footbridges in the Lake District’s Newlands Valley at Gillbrow and Ghyll Bank. Both bridges were important river crossings on popular walking routes and were much missed.

Nine Families Enjoy an HF Break via the Pathways Fund
HF holidays has been working in conjunction with the Family Holiday Association charity for many years to provide assisted holidays (Feel Good Breaks) to urban families who would otherwise not be able to afford them. Newfield Hall - Renovation Work Complete!
As part of our continued commitment to enhance our property and service, we are thrilled to announce that we have recently completed extensive renovation work at Newfield Hall in Malham, Yorkshire Dales. The works included refurbishment of all guest bedrooms, the installation of a new bar and refurbishment of all public areas. There are new carpets, hard floors, bathrooms and new fittings throughout.

HF Part-funds Restoration of Whernside
The highest point in the Yorkshire Dales National Park is the peak of Whernside (736m) – one of the Yorkshire Three Peaks (the other two being Ingleborough (723m) and Peny-y-ghent (694m). For the fifth year running, HF Holidays met the criteria of collecting at least 50 reviews between 1 January 2018 and 31 December 2018, with a Feefo service rating of between 4.5 and 5.0.

Brexit Travel Advice from ABTA
In light of the UK's vote to leave the European Union, we're sure that there are some questions around travel to Europe after 29 March 2019. We hope these FAQs, tips and travel advice from ABTA will alleviate some of the concerns you may have around travelling to the Continent after this date. As it stands though, regardless of outcome, ABTA have advised that flights will still operate between the UK and EU, and a visa will not be required for travel.
