We want to ensure our all of our guests enjoy the same great dining experience when they stay with us, regardless of their dietary needs. We’re proud to say all of our country houses have officially received Gluten Free (GF) accreditation from Coeliac-UK – the only hotel operator to have done so.
Food and Beverage Manager Simon Cox said:
