Effective from 27 December 2025 our new Member's Price Pledge means that if we reduce the cost of your holiday after you have booked, we will automatically adjust your balance - no need to contact us. Secure your preferred holiday now and relax knowing you’re protected.

How it works

If the price of your holiday is reduced after you have made your booking we will automatically adjust the cost of your holiday to reflect the new price and refund you if you have overpaid. Refunds are made even if you’ve paid your final balance, you’ll still receive the refund. Refunds are made to the lead booker using the original payment method.

What’s Included

The Member's Price Pledge applies to the package price only. Flight supplements, transfers, room upgrades, and any extras outside the package are excluded. The refund is only available if the exact same holiday, including duration and details, is discounted.

The Member's Price Pledge does not apply to Self-Guided Holidays, Groups or bookings made through travel agents.

Existing Bookings

If you already have a booking and the price of your chosen holiday was reduced before 27th December 2025 the previous price pledge applies and you should get in touch for a refund of the difference. This ensures that all members benefit from our commitment to fair pricing.

Why Book Early?

The earlier you book, the better the price or we will refund the difference. Booking early also gives you the best choice of rooms, whether that's a single room or the best room in the house. Many of our holidays sell out quickly and often have long waiting lists, so securing your spot early ensures you don’t miss out.

Price pledge terms & conditions

The HF Holidays Price Pledge is available to all members excluding groups
It applies to the base price of the holiday you have booked for the same destination, duration, date and itinerary.
It excludes room or flight supplements, upgrades, transfers, optional extras
All Self-Guided Holidays are also excluded.
The pledge covers the final price payable at the time of booking, taking into account any discounts or promotions you received.
If, at any time after booking and before you travel, HF Holidays reduces the base price of your holiday for sale to the general public, we will honour the lower price provided. The holiday must be available to book online with HF Holidays and like-for-like; including destination, date, itinerary, and departure airport
The Price Pledge does not apply to exclusive offers, loyalty schemes or third party promotions or promotions offering upgrades or extras as a free of charge add-on to the package.
We are unable to honour the HF Holidays Price Pledge when we have made an obvious pricing error.

For Bookings made before 27 December 2025 on holidays discounted before 27 December 2025:

If you made a booking before 27 December 2025 and you believe the holiday was discounted after you booked and before 27 December 2025, make a claim by emailing us at reservations@hfholidays.co.uk. Please include your booking reference and full details of the holiday you have seen advertised. You can make a claim up to 14 days from the return date of the holiday. If your claim is upheld, we will discount the booking by the difference in price, if the final balance of your booking has already been paid, you will receive a credit note for the difference to be redeemed against a current or future holiday booked within 12 months.

For Bookings made before 27 December on holidays discounted after 27 December 2025 and for Bookings made after 27 December on holidays discounted after 27 December 2025

Any reduction will be applied automatically—no need to contact us. Your outstanding holiday balance will be adjusted or refund issued if you paid in full.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue to Price Pledge at any time.
