Need A Little Me Time? Join one of our Mind & Body breaks to escape daily life, balance the body and settle the mind – suitable for all. Take part in Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates or Mindfulness Meditation sessions or join a Retreat Break for a taster of several activities. There are also options to mix things up a bit by combining your favourite activity with another such as walking, circle dancing or Nordic walking. Our UK breaks are all based in our peaceful country houses; on some, the only guests in the house will be those on a Mind & Body break. You’ll return home feeling relaxed, refreshed and ready to take on the world.
