"Larpool Hall is a great location" Beth Zare
Larpool Hall is an elegant Georgian mansion with splendid views over the Esk Valley and towards the sea at Whitby, about 1½ miles away. This historic harbour town, with its narrow streets and iconic ruined abbey, is well worth exploring.
The imposing grandeur of Larpool Hall is complemented by its excellent modern facilities, including a large lounge and bar. Many of the 27 en-suite bedrooms look out over the wooded grounds.
You can stay independently at Larpool Hall on a Freedom Break. This is a flexible way to enjoy the bustling harbour town of Whitby and surrounding areas, perhaps enjoying some self-guided walks, sightseeing or just relaxing.
Larpool Hall is used throughout the year for our Walking and Leisure Activity holidays.
Our most popular holiday is Guided Walking with departures throughout the year. Enjoy a choice of up to three different walks each day led by our experienced and knowledgeable leaders.
On a Discovery Tour you can explore the North York Moors by mini-coach, visiting nearby Grosmont and the charming coastal villages of Staithes and Robin Hood's Bay.
