Creating your account
We have a NEW My Account section on our website. This is different to the Manage My Booking area which you may have used before, and you will need to register for an account before you can log in.
Registering is simple. Enter your first name, surname and the email address you provided to HF Holidays when you booked and then set a password. You will then receive an email with a link to verify your account.
You must verify your account within 24hrs of receiving the email. Be sure to check your junk or spam folder in case the verification email was directed there.
If you don’t have one already, you can set up an online account with us at My Account-Register. Once registered and verified, accessing your online account via My Account is easy. Simply login using the email address and password you provided when you registered.
